We offer a wide variety of indoor & outdoor fitness classes. All classes are self-paced and designed for all fitness levels. Our classes are all tailored to give you a maximun calorie burn per class. We pride ourselves in changing our routine often so that you never find yourself getting bored and your body does not get “used to” the same routine which helps prevent plateau. You will be challenged with each & every class. Our motto is, “Don’t Cheat Your Body®” and we will help ensure that is not an option.
Most classes are Heart Rate-Based Training to help insure you are getting the maximum benefit for your effort.
