What does the fitness test determine?
Fitness testing shows you which areas are right on par and which areas need improvement. It also gives you a baseline reading so we can track your progress.

Fitness testing can show your strengths and weaknesses by comparing your test results to other athletes in the same training group, the same sport, or a similar population group.
Monitor your progress
By repeating tests at regular intervals, you can see the effectiveness of your training program
A baseline measurement is especially important if you are about to embark on a new training phase. Subsequent tests should be planned for the start and end and of each new phase.
Having a score that you need to "beat" is a great way to set your next goal. Being able to measure your improvement with a specific number will show you just how well you are doing (or how much harder you need to work)!!
